  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1 /2 tablespoon peanut butter powder 
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder 
  • Optional: Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon honey to taste 

Instructions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Enjoy your delicious berry smoothie! 
  3. Top with a sprinkle of mint and fresh berries if you want to ✨
