On April 5th, I will be hosting an online yoga class specifically designed for beginners, and you are invited to join!
The class will be approximately 30-40 minutes long on Zoom and requires no props besides a yoga mat.
This beginner’s yoga class is perfect for anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time or needs a refresher. You don’t need any prior experience, and I will provide modifications for each pose to accommodate different skill levels.
The class is designed to help you connect with your body and mind, release stress, and feel energized and refreshed.
And one of the best parts is, I will be offering two different times on April 5th, 9 am PST and 12 pm PST, so you can choose the one that best fits your schedule!
All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and an open mind. Simply sign up for the class, and you will receive a Zoom link to join the session.
I will also send you a relaxing Spotify playlist you can use for your session, or any time you need it!
