Self care is incredibly important because it allows us to take care of our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

How to create a luxurious bathtub experience

Creating a luxurious bathtub experience can be a lot of fun and very relaxing! Here are some tips to help you out:

  1. Start by preparing the bathtub with a few drops of essential oils, either alone or in combination with bubble bath. I like to do rosemary, eucalyptus, and lemongrass, or lavender 
  2. Place a few candles around the tub for a relaxing atmosphere. Make sure to blow them out after your bath. Or just use LED candles! 
  3. Set the mood with some light music or a podcast. Grab a speaker and bring it near the bathtub. It sounds so much better than just using your phone speakers. My favorite Bluetooth speaker is a Bose one. The battery lasts for at least a week and the sound is amazing 
  4. Put a few drops of your favorite bath oil in the tub to give it a luxurious feel. You can do coconut oil, CBD oil, or whatever your favorite is 
  5. Light some incense or use a diffuser to fill the room with a soothing scent. 
  6. Grab your favorite novel to read 
  7. Add in an organic bath bomb! 
  8. Finally, you can top off the experience with a glass of wine, a cup of herbal tea, or maybe even a gummy to really enhance the relaxation ❤️?
